If you didn't give this artist permission to use your work, it would benefit artists all across DA if you would make a complaint against them to the Android Marketplace. Browsing through 40 pages of their wallpapers I have seen MANY pieces I recognized that this developer is profiting from.

I found it by doing a reverse image search, there is an Android marketplace developer who is using a ton of works that I'm certain aren't his.

Did you by chance grant permission for the use of your art, or has this been stolen from you for someone else to profit from?
